We're recruiting 'IT Desktop Support Specialist' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for providing technical support across a mixed OS environment with end-users of varying technical abilities.Key Responsibilities:Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.Preparing and installing Client PCs for HIS or non-HIS users with proper check-listing procedure.Participating in a rotating call schedule to cover the needs of the operations 24
