JOB PURPOSE: The Digital Transformation Project Manager is responsible for Digital portfolio within client engagement.QUALIFICATION: Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering/Science/Computer application, Commerce etc.EXPERIENCE: 15+ Years' experience in IT Services & solutions, out of which 8 years at Management level in managing digital transformation, process automation and application development.RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):Work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders.Managing client portfolio's digital and application l projectsExtensive experience in working with multi-skilled teams (UX Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms.Implements production, production, productivity, quality and customer service standardsAbility to empower architecture, engineers and deliveryInfluencing design from research, analytics/AI, platforms & tools and servicesBuild business plans and create a technology roadmapResponsible for reviewing process and procedures and suggesting changesAssess where we are in our digital transformation journey and create strategic roadmap(s) to modernize our client environmentProvide industry thought leadership, strategic solution planning to provide innovative resultsAbility to make data informed decisions and to problem solve even when there may be missing componentsMeeting with clients, third parties and project managers to report progress.Ensuring project managers supervise and manage their own projects and teamsReviews, approves work plan, responsibilities and scopeDrive steering committee meetings with customer leadership team.Ensure adequate and timely staffing for each phase of project.Responsible for overall quality and managementOversee budget, ensure financial accountabilityStrong Governance capability for multiple projects, including managing P&L.Managing onshore and offshore delivery and resources.Understanding of solution design, estimation, presentation, and delivery approach in Digital projectsRequirementStrong understanding of business transformation, digital, software builds and change deliveryStrong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholdersAn entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happenProven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization.Deep understanding of the Digital industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, data and business change.Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environmentGood listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issuesExperience in structuring and developing compelling proposalsAbility to negotiate and shape a deal including understanding pricing and riskTECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in BPM, UX Design, RPA, Mobility, etcThorough knowledge in various project methodologies including Waterfall & Agile.
