SUMMARY OF THE ROLEGlobal Mobility LeadWorking at Dubai, UAEAs a Global Mobility Lead, you will lead and build mobility solutions and programs to contribute to smoother business operations across countries. Being a main point of contact for all key stakeholders, your role will focus on a combination of both strategic and operational mobility matters.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGEnsure mobility practices align with company goals to achieve business strategy, employee value proposition, goals, and values; ensure successful execution.Ensure compliance of global mobility practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and relevant policies and guidelines; work cross-functionally with corporate tax regarding PE risk.Oversee day-to-day immigration and assignment management processes.Track and monitor key data of relocation, tax, and immigration areas; identify potential trends and offer cost-effective solutions.Build and maintain successful, trusting relationships with key stakeholders like HR, Finance, and Branch Managers.Act as the primary resource for information on immigration, tax, employment regulations, and international assignment policies and processes.Produce relevant reports and analysis.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a relevant business field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.At least 8+ years of relevant working experience within global mobility, specifically in relocations, assignments, and immigration while working cross-functionally with HR, legal, and business stakeholders.Experience in managing complex cross-border corporate immigration-related matters; specific country knowledge in APAC & MEA is a strong plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels.Experience in leading transformation and process improvement projects.Able to work under complex requirements and tight deadlines.Proficient in mobility developments in the market space as well as the future of work.WHAT YOU'LL GETBecome part of our values: Love the work, Result Count, Take Care, Be Responsible, and Perform as a Team.Diversity and Inclusion: Mammoet is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
