As a Senior Product Owner specializing in Everyday Banking (Cards), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative products and services tailored to meet the unique needs of the bank's clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to deliver value to clients and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements that align with business objectives and client needs.Product Development and Execution: Lead agile product development teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the corporate banking industry. Monitor competitor products and industry developments to inform product strategy and differentiation.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams, to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment across departments. Engage with external stakeholders, such as corporate clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to gather feedback and validate product ideas.Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, implementation, and ongoing operations.Skillsets:Retail Banking Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Everyday banking products and services.Product Management Skills: Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in the banking or financial services industry. Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop product strategies that drive business growth.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a matrix organization and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Leadership and Decision-Making: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions under pressure.Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences by designing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces and providing personalized, value-added services to corporate banking clients.Innovation and Technology Adoption: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, to drive innovation and enhance the competitiveness of retail banking products and services.Experience and Expertise:Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail banking and product management roles.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).Deep understanding of retail banking products.Proven track record in product management, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and agile methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies.Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in corporate banking.Familiarity with digital banking technologies, APIs, and product management tools.Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Proven ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies.Optional certifications: CSPO, PMP, CPM, FRM, CFA.
