Strategic Responsibilities:Drive commercial success by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies: Ensuring alignment between sales and marketing teams to effectively promote products and drive salesRevenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market expansion.Strategy Implementation: Translating commercial strategies into actionable plans and initiatives. Developing comprehensive plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.Executional: Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote SPIMACO's products and support sales teams to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Manage the product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, and promotional strategies. Tailor strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.Cross-functional collaboration such as sales, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales & marketing activities.Key Competencies/Skills:Marketing and Commercial orientedAbility to contribute to the development and execution of shared business plansAbility to share knowledge internally across a matrix structure, to optimize all opportunitiesPublic relation skills and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) managementPricing & Costing, Planning and budgeting skillsGood knowledge of products in competitive marketsLeadership and Project Management skillsAbility to achieve success within a changing environmentStrong facilitation, communication, networking skillsTo qualify for the role you must have:Bachelor's degree with a medical backgroundMinimum years of experience from 5 to 7 Years in Pharmaceutical IndustriesGCC & North Africa experienceSolid experience in managing high-value products like rare diseases, oncology, etc.Proven record for People managementFrench is a plus
