• Develops operational procedures.• Maintains and implements standards of quality in all food and beverage service operations.• Carries out supervisory responsibility following policies and procedures.• Manages finances such as budget, payroll, and purchasing.• Ensures established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained.• Ensures all safety and security systems and procedures are followed to ensure health and safety of employees and guests.• Ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the College's educational, fiscal, and operational guidelines.Language Requirements• Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue • English - Fluent / ExcellentDriving Requirements• Own a Car: Any• Have Driving License: AnyJob Skills• Experience as Operation Manager in Fast food (preferably with international Chicken Brand) for around 7-10 years.• Experience in the same position at any of the following Brands: KFC; McDonald's; Hardees; Burger King, or any other similar international Brands.• In charge of 20 stores & above.• Creativity and ability to work under stress.• Excellent leadership skills.• Fluency in speaking English.About The Company(Company information goes here)
