Dammam, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 11/28/2023 We support the Kingdom's largest and most complex organizations across all industries in delivering Enterprise Transformation with a clear mission to support our customers to grow better not just bigger focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness.We are currently searching for dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department, playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.The candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains: Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics.Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.Leads demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.RequirementsCertification Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.ITIL Foundation (preferred)Inbound Sales (must)Skills:Minimum of 7 years' experience in enterprise sales or a related position.Sales experience in any of the following domains: IT Service Management, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Business Applications.Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.Understanding of sales performance metrics.Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.Customer-centric and good listener.Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing, and presentation skills.Personal Skills (MUST):High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently or in a team.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
