Job Description:
As an HR Assistant at IHLAD, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team and contributing to the development of a superior work culture. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, administration, payroll, training, employee relations, and HR operations processes.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain recruitment records and databases.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance in HR tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Payroll Assistance:
Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, updating employee records, and addressing payroll inquiries.
Training Coordination:
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development activities.
Employee Relations Support:
Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Onboarding and Offboarding Assistance:
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Assist in offboarding procedures, including exit formalities and HR record updates.
Medical Professionals Licensing:
Assist in Department of Health licensing formalities for medical professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Previous experience in HR administrative roles is preferred, healthcare industry experience would be beneficial.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (Microsoft D365) is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
