Our on-demand segment offers services to food aggregators, standalone restaurants, grocery retailers, and food chain giants across the region.Job DescriptionThe Sales Executive - Integrated Logistics plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of integrated logistics products or services. This position involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of offerings. The executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.Sales Strategy & PlanningIdentifying sales opportunitiesIdentifying and generating leadsContacting prospective customers and initiating outbound calls - Cold & warm callingDevelop and implement effective sales strategies for Integrated Logistics products or services.Collaborate with the sales team and management to set sales targets and objectives.Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.Proactively reach out to potential clients and leads to promote Integrated logistics offerings.Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations to address specific requirements.Product Knowledge & ReportingAcquire in-depth knowledge of on-demand products or services, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.Route qualified leads to the Business Development team by initiating appointments.Maintain all reports on cold calling/follow-ups.Relationships & NegotiationsFoster strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address post-sales support and service requirements.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns or objections.Close sales deals and ensure successful contract execution.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.QualificationsJob Requirements / Desired skills set:Bachelor's Degree - Preferably specialized in Sales & Marketing.Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Familiarity with on-demand services and the ability to articulate their value proposition.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Effective communication & negotiation skills to drive sales.Excellent phone and cold calling skills, with a flair for customer service.Strong listening and sales skills.Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment & Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
