Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist (ACC00006B)DescriptionDeveloping policies and strategies for acquiring new talentAnalyzing the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiringUsing various channels to source candidatesWorking with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positionsManaging the screening process, including resume screening and interviewingBuilding relationships with applicants and past employeesResearching talent acquisition trends to improve the processRepresenting the organization at job fairs and recruiting eventsQualificationsUnderstanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trendsStrong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidatesFamiliarity with applicant tracking softwareStrong communication skillsKnowledge about the industry and the roles within the organizationStrong analytical and reporting skillsFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations
