Paramedicine is a domain of practice and health profession that specialises across a range of settings including, but not limited to, emergency and primary care. Paramedics work in a variety of clinical settings such as emergency medical services, ambulance services, hospitals, and clinics as well as non-clinical roles, such as education, leadership, public health and research. Paramedics possess complex knowledge and skills, a broad scope of practice and are an essential part of the healthcare system. Depending on location, paramedics may practice under medical direction or independently, often in unscheduled, unpredictable or dynamic settings. EMT Job description: The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) provides urgent medical care to patients in emergency situations, and is also responsible for driving the ambulance. This role requires quick decision-making, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure Qualifications Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience and certificationKnowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocolsAbility to assess and prioritize patients in emergency situationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCapability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressureAttention to detail and ability to accurately document medical informationPhysical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasksFluency in Arabic and English languagesExperience in pre-hospital healthcare or related field is a plusRelevant certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, and ITLS are beneficial Qualifications: 1-diploma degree in emergency medical services specialist (emergency medical technician) - Courses: BLS-EVOCKnowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocolsAbility to assess and prioritize patients in emergency situationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCapability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressureAttention to detail and ability to accurately document medical informationPhysical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasksFluency in English languageExperience in pre-hospital healthcare or related field is a plus
