Makeen is highly committed to developing premium real estate and enriching the experience of living for residents by focusing on three core segments: real estate, services, and hospitality.Makeen Properties LLC is driven by its vision to go beyond the customer's expectations.We have developed and managed many units for different sectors across the UAE, with over 3000 units, including a leasing portfolio of residential homes, industrial warehouses, commercial offices, and holiday homes.Job DescriptionData Discrepancies: Discrepancies in data across various systems have led to inconsistencies in reporting and decision-making processes.Reporting Errors: The absence of a unified system has given rise to reporting errors, impacting the accuracy and reliability of crucial business insights.Administrative Inefficiencies: Employees are grappling with unnecessary administrative burdens due to the absence of streamlined processes, leading to exhaustion and decreased productivity.Customer Experience Impact: The disjointed IT landscape has adversely affected our customer journey, resulting in a suboptimal experience that falls short of industry standards.Duplication of Data Entry Points: Multiple systems require manual data entry, leading to duplication of efforts, errors, and increased operational overhead.Competitive Edge Erosion: Our current IT infrastructure fails to provide us with a technological competitive edge within the industry, impacting our market position and growth potential.Control Loops and Oversight Issues: The absence of integrated systems has resulted in control loops and oversight issues, hindering our ability to maintain effective governance and compliance. This has also been identified in the internal audit report issued in 2023.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science or ITOracle and Project Implementation ExperienceAdditional InformationKey Responsibilities:Strategic Consultation and Collaboration: Collaborate with Department Heads and relevant teams, system implementers, and industry associations. Actively participate in discussions, share knowledge, and educate and influence others.Property Management Solution Implementation:Be closely involved in the design and implementation phase of the Property Management Solution on PropEzy. Provide consultative inputs on best practices, drive process standardization, and review/input towards requirements, design, and process mapping up till implementation, covering seamless integration with Oracle ensuring data alignment between commercial teams and finance department.Continuous Learning and Industry Updates:Continuously monitor and stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and innovations within the real estate industry. Keep abreast of changes in market dynamics, emerging technologies, sustainable practices, and other influential factors.Prop Management Business Specialization:Specialize in the PropEzy Solution, managing deliveries and implementation on this platform. Provide critical inputs during the design and implementation phase, creating functional specifications, and driving solution architecture discussions. Filter customization/enhancement requests through cost-benefit analysis.Application Management and Support:Act as the application owner, maintaining existing configurations, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to IT SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing inputs in requirements gathering, authoring documentation, analyzing systems, creating and reviewing functional specifications, conducting testing, training, and deployment.Technology Adoption and Solution Design:Adopt the latest technologies relevant to Real Estate Business, manage upgrade routines, and stay aware of the platform roadmap. Analyze and design solutions to solve business problems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
