Responsibilities:Oversee operations efficiently.Provide leadership to engineering staff and develop a plan to increase revenue, profitability, and growth through vertical and horizontal expansion.Ensure cost-effective management, production efficiency, and quality service.Manage resources and analyze production results and financial data.Analyze costs and quotations.Nourish and manage key customer relationships.Review activity reports to determine progress for reaching objectives.Ensure operation procedure compliance.Evaluate engineers' performance.Minimum Requirements:10 to 15 years of experience.Contracting background.Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background.Preferable experience from UAE.Fluency in Arabic and English; ability to speak and write in both is preferred.Health care industry experience is preferred.About The Company:Offshore Recruitment Services specialize in the recruitment of all aspects of offshore vacancies for all levels of permanent, temporary, and contract positions.
