ABOUT JOB

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals

- Provide information to callers and visitors, including directions, company information, and other inquiries

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file openings and closings, witnessing will signings, document preparation, filing

- Pull attorneys files for the day's appointments

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with project coordination as needed and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or a similar role

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines

- Knowledge of phone systems and experience handling multiple phone lines

- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
