This major steel pipe manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia has a need for a Coating Plant Production Manager.You will oversee and direct all Production and Maintenance activities to ensure that the CoatingPlant operates efficiently and reliably.Key areas:•Oversee all production processes on a daily basis and provide technical support to ensure that production runs consistently.•Plan the weekly schedule for the Coating Plant (and sub-contractors) and control and authorize the overtime requirements.•Ensure implementation of the relevant International Standards and Customer Specifications in all Coating processes during Production.•Attend Technical Meetings, Pre-Production Meetings, Site Visits and deal with technical enquiries and give presentations for major clients.•Produce detailed Monthly and Annual Reports for the General Manager that measure and analyze the performance of the Coating Plant.•Preparation of the Annual Budget•Management of Health, Safety & Environmental Systems. You must have at least a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with considerable experience of working within a pipe coating company. You will also be familiar with FBE, 3LPE & 3LPP pipe coating processes and all relevant international manufacturing specifications.A background of working in the Middle East would be desirable.This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be provided with western style compound living, company car, medical insurance, single or family visa, 30 days paid leave and annual return flights. Contracts are for 2 years and there is an end of service bonus.Interviews will be held locally or in your country of residence where possible.
