A multinational luxury jewellery brand is looking to hire a Training Manager to join their growing team in Dubai, UAE and support their continuous global expansion.As the Training Manager, you will handle the following responsibilities:Identify training and development needs within the organisationDesign and develop training and development programs that meet the business and individual employees' needsEnsure that all training programs are within budget and in line with company objectivesTackle specific training programs with the support of line managersConduct evaluation of all training and development programsThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:Substantial years of training management experienceBackground knowledge and experience within the luxury retail industryExcellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutionsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong presentation skillsThis is an exciting opportunity with a guaranteed competitive and tax-free salary package that awaits the successful candidate.
