DescriptionKey Responsibilities:The administrative structure should be properly set up.The departments in the shop should be divided into separate departments and appointed with necessary staff and supervisors. Then manage sales goals for supervisors in those departments and drive sales growth.Must target to increase sales by at least 20% within one year (E.g. Net sale of this financial year is 1,000,000/- means after you're joining and make an administration structure should be increased to 1,200,000/- (20% Minimum) by next financial year).Manage office supplies stock and place orders.Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.Maintain and update company databases.Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.Answer queries by employees and clients.Update office policies as needed.Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.Book meeting rooms as required.Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages).Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.Arrange travel and accommodations.Schedule in-house and external events.Job SpecificationMohamed Salman Faris Abdul Rahim (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Admin / Business Developer in the field of Administrative in one of their offices located in Fujairah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a business qualification and at least 5 years of experience. The position requires skills in shop management, staff supervision, sales targets, administration, office management, stock control, expense reporting, company policy updates, scheduling, and correspondence management. This is a full-time morning shift job. Salary varies between 4k to 6k (AED) per month depending on the candidate's skills and years of experience.
