Job Title: Quality Controller Location: Birkath Al Awamer, Qatar Job Summary: The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Inspections:
  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Identify defects or non-conformance and document findings.
  • Testing and Analysis:
  • Perform physical, chemical, and functional testing on products.
  • Analyze data to determine product quality and compliance with standards.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports.
  • Prepare quality control reports for management review.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend changes to processes and procedures to enhance product quality.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting product quality.
  • Training and Support:
  • Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Provide support to teams in understanding and resolving quality issues.
  • Customer Feedback:
  • Analyze customer complaints and feedback regarding product quality.
  • Work with teams to implement corrective actions as necessary.
