About the Job: The Product Manager will report directly to the Head of Product and will regularly collaborate with the President of the Data & AI Business Unit. In this role, you will be instrumental in building nourOS, Saudi Arabia’s Large Language Action Platform, designed to become the future operating system for enterprises. By adopting an AI-first principle to critical operations across HR, procurement, finance, legal, and more through a unified interface, nourOS aims to set new global standards. You will work closely with a small, dedicated team of engineers and designers, ensuring that nourOS's position as the future operating system for businesses. Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of nourOS for specific features and modules, ensuring the platform meets global standards and exceeds user expectations. It is required that the ideal candidate quickly learns and integrates knowledge from various domains, including legal, finance, AI model training, RAG, and more.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of junior business analysts, industry experts, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
User Experience: Develop a strong vision for the user experience, with a relentless focus on delivering intuitive, high-quality solutions that cater to customer needs. Apply first principles to address complex challenges and drive innovation in product design and functionality.
Customer-Centric Design: Develop and champion a clear vision for the user experience, ensuring that every aspect of nourOS is designed with the customer in mind. The best product managers are obsessed with their users, constantly seeking feedback and iterating to enhance the user experience.
Customer Engagement: Identify, listen to, and collaborate with target customers and industry experts to inform product decisions and drive market success.
Architecture Review: Oversee and contribute to architecture review boards, ensuring that all technical decisions align with the overall product strategy and business goals.
Customer Experience: Define and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience of the data and AI platform and products. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and implement customer-centric enhancements and features.
Mentorship & Growth: Act as a mentor to team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. A world-class product manager builds a world-class team by nurturing talent and encouraging continuous learning and development.
Advocacy & Evangelism: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that their needs are prioritized and addressed in product decisions. The ideal candidate will also be an evangelist for the product, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Strategic Oversight: Oversee and contribute to architecture review boards, ensuring that all technical decisions are aligned with the product’s strategic goals. Strong technical acumen and can guide architectural decisions that support scalability, security, and performance.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale product initiatives that span multiple departments or involve external stakeholders. 1-2 years of experience working with AI solutions and leveraging project management tools to drive product development and delivery. Strong familiarity with enterprise software, including ERP systems, and other tools essential for managing and scaling enterprise products
