- Guide the design team in the development of innovative products and services.
- Manage the design process from concept to completion.
- Get support from the Technical Excellence team on design standards and guidelines.
- Create and manage design briefs and timelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure design objectives are met.
- Monitor and evaluate design trends and technologies.
- Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Manage design resources and assets.
- Develop and implement design strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Module Teams throughout the design process.
- Manage and monitor change management and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional registration in a role related engineering or construction related subject from an accredited institution.
- 20 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong in Design Management.
