About Our Client Well - established and highly successful organisation in Abu Dhabi, competing at an international scale. Job DescriptionLead the implementation of SAP Finance modules across the organisation, ensuring successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to post implementation support, prioritising project tasks and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration, to translate business requirements into effective solutions.Supervise and coordinate with a large team of vendors and project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in SAP FICO modules to optimise financial operations. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SAP Certification) is a plus.10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including project delivery and transformation in large-scale entities.Demonstrated involvement in multiple SAP implementations, with a strong focus on SAP Finance modules and workflows and related integration points with other SAP modules.Excellent understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.Previous or current experience in the UAE or Middle East is essential.
