Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO)Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 07/28/2023ResponsibilitiesThe candidate must have a good command of written and spoken English.Time management, multi-tasking skills, and very good knowledge of MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, cooperation, and achievement orientation.Good exposure to computer applications such as MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Knowledge in Arabic (reading & typing) will be an added advantage.Prepare daily production reports.Receive & process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices.Assist in preparing all documents to be signed by the Manager.Coordinate with other departments and outside entities.Prepare support documents for boats and crew e.g., LOA.Coordinate with boat owners for any boat/crew technical issues.Conduct market research.Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, etc.Coordinate pre and post tanker loading activities.RequirementsDegree/Diploma.3-5 years' experience in clerical duties in the department handling technical documents/contract documents. Preferred, if having experience as a Marine/Aviation clerk.
