Job posting end date: 09/27/2024 We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our Metso HR Team. You will be responsible for strategic talent sourcing on experts’ roles for project-based recruitment, identifying opportunities to attract talent, onboarding and offboarding employees, and managing the full employee life cycle in the company. Your role plays a crucial part in improving the overall hiring experience by increasing speed, reducing cost, and providing quality candidates. In this position, you will report to the Service Delivery Head for the ME Region and work daily with ME HR. Additionally, you will be located at site. Contract: 2 years subject to extension. Location: This position is mainly located at a remote site in Saudi Arabia and offers a rotation of 2 weeks work and 1 week off. Team: You will join a team of professionals who are enthusiastic about increasing talent attraction, talent engagement, and overall efficiencies of the employee experience. We work closely with internal stakeholders to provide quality service to our internal customers (the hiring managers). What you’ll do:

  1. Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and resolve conflicts.
  2. Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
  3. Conduct employee onboarding.
  4. Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with Saudi regulations.
  5. Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.
  6. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Metso’s talent acquisition goals.
  8. Engage with potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and other platforms to create awareness and increase talent attraction.
  9. Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques, such as Boolean searches, AI-oriented platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), to find and track candidates.
  10. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
  11. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  12. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  13. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Who you are:
  1. 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Experience in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
  3. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  4. Good networking and communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates effectively and build relationships.
  5. Motivated mindset with the ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality talent within specified timelines.
  6. High organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
