HR Business Services Specialist
Job details
Analyse, evaluate and maintain the Company's Human Resources System to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy of HR data.Propose, design and implement system improvements, enhancements, and new applications through collaboration with ICT and HR units.Play a role in other HR business processes/tasks including generating HR reports, budget or forecast preparations, payroll system support, and training module support by providing required data or information, troubleshooting system problems, and advising and coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate decision-making and effective execution of activities.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Human Resources, or equivalent.Certificate in HR Information Systems/Applications is an advantage.5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems.2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage.Experience in SAP and other IT Applications.
