ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess excellent organizational skills. This is a full-time remote position.
Duties:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments.
Maintain contact lists.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Maintain contact with clients and vendors.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Strong front desk and phone etiquette skills.
Ability to type accurately.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
