Company Description Aqua-Tots Swim School is a reputable franchise of a renowned U.S. swimming school, dedicated to saving lives by teaching children worldwide how to become safe and confident swimmers. Join us in creating a safe and memorable experience for our Tot's families. Responsibilities For Marketing Coordinator

  1. Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media.
  2. Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ordering marketing collateral.
  3. Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  4. Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  5. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing products and programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
  6. Administrative Support: Manage the budget, track expenses, and handle scheduling.
  7. Event Management: Support the planning and execution of events and community outreach programs.
Qualifications For Marketing Coordinator
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 0-1 years of experience in marketing.
  3. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  4. Good English Communications.
