Job Responsibilities:
Understanding Geography & Market trend
Ability to do a demographics study by understanding the cosmopolitan nature of the Population of their respective region by split of Nationals Vs expats and Indians.
Understanding of Consumer buying behavior and shopping habits
Product / Brand knowledge, Positioning, Target customer, Consumer insight's activities
Implementation of Planograms as per principal guidelines
Responsible for Competition brand activities, brand share in the respective Category Share, Market Share, SKU share and Variant share
Monthly review on Offtake data, PDO tracking, Focus SKU's and set actionable points with a timeline
Qualifications :
MBA - Marketing
Has 6+ years of Trade Marketing experience in a large FMCG Co. (Distribution Industry)
Able to travel extensively.
Advanced in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT & Data Analytics & Interpretations
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
Ability to think critically and creatively
Ability to train the team
Region to manage - KSA & UAE
