Charterhouse is working with a global law firm to hire a skilled and highly organised professional to support their administrative and front desk tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-reputable and established organisation in DIFC.About the RoleThis role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key responsibilities include greeting clients with a professional and personable demeanour to ensure they feel welcomed, escorting them to their meeting rooms, and ensuring they are fully equipped with everything they need. The Client Services Assistant will also handle correspondence such as emails, answer inbound and make outbound calls, as well as maintain a tidy, presentable, and well-stocked reception area. The role requires maintaining the overall upkeep of the office, scheduling transport for clients, preparing meeting rooms to ensure they are well-presented at all times, and arranging food and beverages for client meetings and conferences.About YouTo be considered for the role, Front of House or Customer Service experience is essential, ideally within the professional, legal or financial services space. Given our client's reputable brand, they are seeking candidates who are well-presented and have a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and working well within a team.Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Arabic. The successful candidate will already be residing in Dubai with UAE working experience.
