As a Business Development Specialist at Cadge Consultant, a strategic advisory firm based in Jeddah, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of our consultancy services. You will work closely with internal teams to craft solutions tailored to client needs, enhance market presence, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: -Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, industry trends, and new markets to expand Cedge Consultant’s reach. -Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional consultancy services. -Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to draft and present proposals, pitch decks, and business solutions to potential clients. -Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to position Cedge as a leading consultancy. Sales Strategy Execution: Work alongside the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with company goals. -Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build networks and forge partnerships with key stakeholders. Collaboration: Work with internal departments, including marketing, sales, and project teams, to ensure alignment on business development goals and deliverables. Reporting & Tracking: Track and report business development activities, including leads, deals, and outcomes, using CRM systems and tools. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in related field Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with high-level clients. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends. - Proficient in using CRM tools and other business development software. Language: Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
