Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 06/01/2023ResponsibilitiesDevelop the strategy for IT Infrastructure to ensure services are provided to an international standard.Create the budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the overall IT budget.Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency in the use and development of IT Infrastructure services.Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage day-to-day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements.Maintain and update IT systems according to the best international standards.Plan Business Continuity and Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function.Manage and maintain system performance at high levels and report any potential or existing threats or imbalances.Implement appropriate Business Continuity Management measures to counteract interruptions to business activities.Ensure compliance of outsourced software/hardware and manage IT software licenses.Manage and maintain data storage and backup systems.RequirementsFluency in English & Arabic Language15 years of experience working in IT operationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
