Min. Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringPurpose:We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage largescale construction project, ensuring that all works are performed in compliancewith industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. Theideal candidate will act as the on-site technical expert, coordinating betweenthe design engineering team, contractors, and stakeholders to deliversuccessful project outcomes.KeyResponsibilities:Overseeon-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications,schedules, and quality standards.Serve asthe key liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating effectivecommunication and problem resolution. Manage regularsite inspections and audits to enforce safety regulations and maintain qualitycontrol measures.Manage theReview of engineering documents to ensure accurate execution of constructionwork, providing technical guidance to the team as needed.Manageproject budgets and resources efficiently, identify and mitigate risks, andensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor'sdegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of20 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role. Provenexperience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception tocompletion.Strongknowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.Excellentleadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability towork effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
