HR Manager (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently working with a long-standing local Architecture & Engineering Consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi looking for a HR Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience within Architecture & Engineering Consultancy Firms. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administration within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices in the architectural and engineering industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Oversee employee relations, including resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  4. Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Coordinate employee performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and career development initiatives.
  6. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  7. Handle employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  8. Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  10. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  11. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues and support business growth initiatives.
  12. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
