The job posting is outdated and position may be filled Lead, facilitate, and participate in department and business units level technology strategic initiatives;Development, design and implementation of tax compliance tools for the business units use and clients, where applicable;Evaluating the client's tax and business requirements to build the optimal Tax design leveraging on technology;Develop/ maintain good working relationships with key client and internal stakeholders and keep them informed of challenges/ risks/ issues with technical solutions being implemented;Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes;Be in charge and the custodian of all the technological tools and templates in use by the business units within Tax & Legal;Assist the business units in identifying the global tax technological tools, lead implementation/deployment of such tools and customizing/domesticating these tools for proper use by the business unit;Actively participate in business development activities aimed at growing the business tax portfolio and revenues;Assist in coordinating and managing tax webinars within the Tax & Legal function; andTrain and coach (classroom and on-job) other staff in the department on the various tax technological tools.
