The job posting is outdated and position may be filled • Monitoring of product and reject water tanks, maintain the log records.• Maintaining adequate chemicals and critical spares in stock for smooth operations.• Assist MEP team in PPM and reactive maintenance of water storage tanks, sanitary ware, fixtures, and fittings (taps, Showers, thermostatic mixer valves, cisterns, and others) domestic hot and cold-water systems, pipework's, drainage systems including pumps and valves.• Assist in monitoring of daily water consumption, QA and Base Ops flushing activity and maintain the log records.• Participate in overtime, shift work, out-of-hours, on-call duty works on weekends and public holidays as governed by the necessity to maintain continuity of operation of essential plant and systems.• Report all near miss, incidents, and accidents, record it, conduct audits, prepare required corrective action or incident reports within 24hrs.• Ensure CAFMS (Computerized Analysis Facility Management System) is utilized to maintain entire database of all maintenance to provide comprehensive, clear, and complete presentations on project progress and daily activities performance.
