The Role: The Teacher Assistant works closely with the Head Teacher and Teachers ensuring to provide the highest educational standards set by the curriculum.Main Responsibilities:- Help teachers prepare lesson plans.- Set up necessary material for class daily.- Prepare props for class.- Decorate and design classroom environment.- Track student attendance and class schedules.- Work with smaller groups of students for remedial teaching or reinforcing the learning process.- Escort and supervise children.- Make sure classrooms are safe and tidy before classes start.- Assist teachers with various tasks.- Help children adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers- Prepare Language lessons to deliver to children aged 0 to 6 years.- Execute fun lessons in specific Language.- Ensure basic communication in specific language.- Develop materials for children to engage in.- Evaluate students' performances and progress.- Participate in schoolwide activities, such as workshops and special events.- Speak with children's parents to inform them of their progress in the languages.- Collaborate with other teachers to develop school-wide policies and create an overall better learning environment.
