Managing and fortifying relationshipswith the regulators concerned.ResponsibilitiesWarding off the non-compliance risks.Managing and preparing the work plans to verify thecompany's compliance with all regulators' requirements: anti-money-laundrylaws, terrorism finance, Capital Market Authority, and Ministry of Tradetowards the board of directors and shareholders. Managing and regulating theregular and irregular general assemblies for the shareholders.Managing and preparing the work plans for the internalinspection processes of the branches, selling points, divisions, anddepartments to verify their compliance with all laws, instructions, andinternal policies and procedures.Managing and controlling each of the following divisions:(Compliance and anti-money-laundry, shareholders affairs, governance anddisclosure, and internal inspection).Managing and fortifying relationships and representing thecompany before regulators: Insurance Authority, Council of Health Insurance,Capital Market Authority, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labor, SaudiExchange, Ministry of Interior - Financial Investigation Unit, any otherauthority.Approving the policies and procedures of anti-money-laundry,compliance division, shareholders' affairs division, governance and disclosure,and internal inspection division. Submitting the Quarterly and annual reportsto the audit committee on the degree of the company compliance with the laws ofall regulators and instructions and the result of inspections.Providing support, education, and training to staff to buildcompliance awareness within the organizationExperience & QualificationBachelor's degree in business or law.3-5 years experience in senior position in combating moneylaundering, fraud, or compliance in insurance companies or financialinstitutions.Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), knowledge of countrylaws, rules, and regulations, knowledge of SAMA Regulations Banking orInsurance background and experience are preferred.
