Works as a team member and subject-matter expert in the development, implementation, and evaluation of curricula. Advises Industrial Skills Trainers/Instructors I & II regarding effective training techniques.Responsible as an exemplary trainer for instructing employees and trainers in skills, techniques, methods and procedures in one or more of the following areas: maintenance, operations, technical crafts, services, safety, driving, drafting, laboratory, construction, heavy equipment, security, etc. Instructs, serves and advises all levels to other instructors and teaches high level technical courses. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) team member during the development of curricula.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepares and maintains training materials: lesson plans, in-house quizzes, tests, trainees' records, supplies, AV equipment, tools, and training aids.Instructs trainees in complex plant systems, operations, and controls. Counsels trainees and maintains discipline for a safe and healthy work environment.Develops, conducts, and evaluates written performance tests and collects feedback.Makes recommendations on and assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and training aids. Serves as a mentor and conducts classroom/shop observations for other trainers/instructors.Provides input to management as requested: budget planning, facility utilization, training plans, in-service development training paths, enrollment matters, curriculum changes, PMP.Performs other training and training-related duties assigned by Supervisor.Minimum RequirementsCourse Level: English, ERW, Mathematics, MIMinimum Years of Experience: 13Special Field of Experience: Experience as a Saudi Aramco Industrial Skills TrainerMinimum Years in the Special Field: 03Education Alternative: Educational Level: BachelorsDegree Title: Bachelor of ScienceDiscipline Title: Engineering, Technical/Trade/VocationalMinimum Years of Experience: 06Special Field of Experience: Experience as a Saudi Aramco Industrial Skills TrainerMinimum Years in the Special Field: 03Language: Required/PreferredProficiency: Arabic (Preferred, Full Professional Proficiency), English (Required, Full Professional Proficiency)CertificatesLicense/Certificate TitleRequired/PreferredTrainer Certification Program Phase I (40005736) - Required or equivalentTrainer Certification Program Phase II (40005600) - Required or equivalentTrainer Certification End of Program (40006396) - Required or equivalentWorking EnvironmentOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical, and industrial opportunities we offer and are remunerated accordingly.
