Posted On 24/08/2022 Job DescriptionUrgently needed for a trading company for Pets situated in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia which has been in the business for more than 25 years and currently has nine outlets and 1 vet clinic.AccountantResponsibilities:Keeping informed about current legislation related to finance and accounting, complying with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, assisting audits, and resolving discrepancies.Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and inventory information.Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and payments are received timely.Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends, current financial legislation, and company policies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven work experience related to inventory management; account/office administration will be preferred.Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.Solid data entry skills and detail-oriented.Proficiency in English and Arabic with effective communication skills.Strong math and research skills.Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software.Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to work under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills.Benefits: Free accommodation, transportation, health insurance, and social insurance.
