We are seeking a talented and experienced Household Personal Chef. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both international cuisines and Arabic cuisine, with a passion for creating delicious and healthy meals tailored to the preferences.Responsibilities:Plan and prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, based on household preferences.Create menus that incorporate a variety of international and Arabic dishes.Source high-quality ingredients and manage grocery shopping.Ensure food is prepared in a healthy and hygienic manner.Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences, including allergies and intolerances.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all cooking utensils and appliances.Prepare meals for special occasions and events hosted by the household.Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and fresh.Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes into meal planning.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Personal Chef or similar role.Expertise in both international and Arabic cuisines.Culinary degree or equivalent certification is an advantage.Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking practices.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume outlining their qualifications and relevant experience in the "apply" section and email to info@najmaconsultancy.com with your CV.
