**Principal Accountabilities**:
Maintain, update, review, annotate, and file historical records for all BEAR/BoB equipment types.
Maintain, update, review, annotate, and file historical records for FSE non-vehicular equipment types.
Ensure that historical records are checked for accuracy, and properly filed upon completion.
Update and input data into the database maintenance inspection schedules utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Responsible for receipt actions to equipment historical records.
Able to understand, collate and upload contents to the contract Data Management System (DMS) requiring reference to various sources.
Performs other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
Profiency with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
Must be able to exercise initiative, judgment and know-how in the performance of complex, confidential and difficult duties.
**Experience & Education**:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have one year experience in administrative or clerical capacity.
Maximo experience is preferred.
DPAS experience is preferred.
**Physical Requirements/Working Environment**:
Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
