The Job

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.

Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.

Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.

Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.

Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.

Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.

Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.

Improving the quality of outputs through continuous improvement of operations (TCM).

Ensuring a high system quality and reliability.

Participating in the vendor selection process.

Reviewing and assessing supplier quality and identifying and resolving any quality related issues.

Maintaining reporting on various aspects of supplier quality such as defect rates and providing recommendations to senior management.

Preparing and implementing project schedules and managing all aspects of project planning.

Analysing and reporting on progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.

The Profile

You have at least 2 years of experience ideally in Engineering or Marketing Communications within the Real Estate, Utilities and Professional Services industry. Experience within would be a strong advantage. You have working knowledge of Cost Estimation and Quantity Surveyor. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
