Job DescriptionRole Summary:Supporting in shaping and executing communication initiatives that align with the SAFE's objectives and enhance its reputation.Main Responsibilities:Implement communication plans to support corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with SAFE goals and values.Oversee internal communication channels, including social media, intranet, and email updates, to keep employees informed and engaged.Manage external communication efforts, including press releases, media relations, and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, human resources, and executive leadership, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within SAFE.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate communication, integrating new insights and techniques into existing strategies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as MS, Adobe Creative, and social media management tools.+5 years of experience in various rules.Required Skills:Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.Functional Competency:Event Management:Ability to plan and execute corporate events, such as press conferences, service launches, industry conferences, and employee engagement activities, to promote brand awareness and facilitate networking opportunities.Internal Communication Management:Skill in managing internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet platforms, and town hall meetings, to keep employees informed and engaged with company initiatives.Data Analysis and Reporting:Proficiency in using communication analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
