GovCIO is currently hiring for an HR Associate to provide Salient Arabia Military Support (SAMS) Operations Services and Employment/Employee Support. This position will be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be an onsite position at the SAMS office.

Responsibilities

  1. Implements Human Resources policies, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues to include employee relations, labor relations, HRIS, benefits, compensation, and employee services.
  2. Responsible for and/or serves as an HR liaison for most of the following areas:
    • KSA governmental platforms (GOSI, QIWA, MUDAD, Chamber of Commerce, banking)
    • Labor relations
    • Employment
    • Employee relations
    • Compensation
    • Benefits
    • EEO
    • Training and development
  3. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
  4. Processes paperwork for functional area(s) according to established procedures.
  5. Prepares internal employee communications regarding matters such as compensation, benefits, or company policies.
  6. Administers various human resources plans and programs, such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and the performance management process.
  7. May handle employee relations investigations and counseling.
  8. May assist in the design and implementation of the company's total compensation programs.
  9. Drafts policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, company culture, and best practices.
  10. May analyze current benefits, evaluates usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs and identifies the company's stance.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience working in the KSA)
  2. Background in Human Resources

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
