Do you have a passion for payments and a strong understanding of Bancs core banking products Are you excited about the future of financial technology and want to help shape it Then this role is for you!About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Payments Bancs Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and implementation of Bancs payment modules for our clients in the banking sector. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong understanding of the banking domain to deliver exceptional solutions.Responsibilities:Analyze design develop test and implement Bancs payment module customizations to meet client requirements.Partner with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.Ensure adherence to best practices in coding security unit testing and documentation.Work collaboratively with other teams including development operations and client services to ensure successful project delivery.Research and benchmark new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement within the Bancs payment modules.Present technical solutions to senior and executive management.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelors degree postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).Minimum 5 years of product experience in Bancs core banking products (TCS) Payments Module.Proven experience in handling client customization requirements and a strong understanding of Bancs product capabilities.Experience in handling Bancs interfacing requirements.Experience in implementing Bancs applications for banks.Experience with direct client interaction.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Bancs product architecture and customization layers.Experience in handling varying customization requirements and best practices.Expertise in Oracle (SQL PL/SQL Stored Procedures Triggers Functions).Experience in Unix shell scripting and report designing.Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Containerization technologies (a plus).Functional Skills:Indepth knowledge of Bancs payment module functionality.Strong understanding of the banking domain and its terminology.Experience in following best practices for coding security unit testing and documentation.Experience with Agile methodologies.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management.Ability to influence and motivate others through your deep knowledge and experience.Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.BenefitsBenefits:We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as the opportunity to work on cuttingedge technologies in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.Join our team and help us shape the future of payments!Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your interest in the position.Only shortlisted candidates meeting the immediate availability criteria will be contacted.To view other vacancies we have please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / InstagramDisclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies. UAE National with Family Book Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or engineering. Holding a master s degree or relevant certification such as such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is desirable, however not mandatory Willing to work on technology projects Good communication skills in English both in oral and writing Available immediately Working Hours 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday Location: Jebel Ali or Dubai Internet City (DIC)
