Customer Services Advisor Permanent, full time 5 days per week. (2 days remote after training) Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and do you thrive in a busy contact centre environment? Do you want to join an established and growing business in Leeds? Certain Advantage are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our growing client on a permanent basis working onsite 3 days per week in Leeds. Initially you'll be required to work 5 days onsite during the training period, which reverts to 3 days onsite and 2 remote. What you'll do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, working with an automated dialling system
  • Proactively responding to customer inquiries regarding the services offered.
  • Work with the team to meet personal and team KPIs
  • Use your initiative to proactively solve problems and challenges that come up
Experience we're looking for:
  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Track record of achieving team and individual targets and KPIs
  • Able to use CRM systems
  • Objection handling skills
  • Clear and polite telephone manner with effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
