Customer Services Advisor Permanent, full time 5 days per week. (2 days remote after training) Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and do you thrive in a busy contact centre environment? Do you want to join an established and growing business in Leeds? Certain Advantage are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our growing client on a permanent basis working onsite 3 days per week in Leeds. Initially you'll be required to work 5 days onsite during the training period, which reverts to 3 days onsite and 2 remote. What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, working with an automated dialling system
- Proactively responding to customer inquiries regarding the services offered.
- Work with the team to meet personal and team KPIs
- Use your initiative to proactively solve problems and challenges that come up
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Track record of achieving team and individual targets and KPIs
- Able to use CRM systems
- Objection handling skills
- Clear and polite telephone manner with effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
