Job Responsibilities
- Check and inspect all used instruments and other materials returned from theatres, wards, and clinics ensuring that all are identified according to name, type, functions, and size.
- Ensure that infected material is immediately disinfected, taking meticulous care to wear protective clothing.
- Select the most suitable programme to clean the instruments using the ultrasonic cleaning machine and the instruments washing machine.
- Identify items that are thermolabile and sterilise them using ethylene oxide gas sterilisers. This includes selecting the correct time, cycle, and placing of the gas cylinder. Allow enough time for aeration before material is issued to ensure that there are no traces of gas.
- Operate the ultrasonic fine lumen cleaner and sonic irrigator ensuring that all surgical instruments are correctly placed in their baskets and transferred to different tanks at the correct time.
- Assemble returned surgical instruments after cleaning into various sets. Inspect and test all instruments and other related materials including sharpness alignment.
- Pack sets in a manner consistent with sterile techniques and medical arrangement procedures. Identify each set by fixing its official name on the outer covers with expiry dates, packing dates, and batching codes.
- Assemble and prepare various operating materials used in theaters such as lithotomy, abdominal sets, surgeon’s gowns, and all needed packs for daily posted operations.
- Graduated from a reputable University
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in the same field.
- Licensed in Sterilization.

The department plays a vital role in the company as it provides support to all field organizations by maintaining and repairing corporate equipment.<br><br><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br><br>Provides work direction for a crew of 6-10 craftsmen. Evaluates work in progress to control product quality and work team productivity. Reviews outstanding work requests to plan manpower assignments and to determine specific requirements for materials, tools, and department.<br><br>Requests materials, tools, and equipment for fabrication work through the SAMS system or through the Maintenance Planner. Performs administrative duties as required of Group Head, including report writing and record keeping regarding welding work performed by crews under his supervision.<br><br>Provides technical advice and guidance to lower craftsmen, operations and maintenance to assist in planning T&Is or large fabrication projects. Ensures that all craftsmen working under his direction follow safe and proper welding procedures, in adherence to all pertinent company standards.<br><br>Performs on-the-job training and mentoring for lower qualified craftsmen under his direction, and maintains records of on-job training accomplishments of all craftsmen in the unit.<br><br>Troubleshoots and performs the necessary analysis on complex projects to determine (a) if repair is required, (b) nature of repair to be made, and (c) whether repairs will be made in shop or field.<br><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years' in fabrication, welding & NDT field as stipulated above under position description. The successful candidate will work on different types of rocks and minerals to drive a state-of-the-art lab experimental facility, involving the planning, supervision and management of laboratory petrophysical, digital imaging and rock testing instruments. Integration of results with petrography, digital rock analysis, mineralogy, sedimentology, chemostratigraphy, radiometric dating, biostratigraphy, etc. is required to provide analysis of core and cuttings data in terms of their physical properties, facies, sedimentary architecture, isopach and depositional environment. Of primary interest is an ability to assess and integrate internal rock fabrics (structural physical properties), petrophysical properties and mineralogy to support reservoir characterization and calibration of rock attributes. The individual will be expected to have an ability and willingness to mentor co-workers and young professionals in applying petrophysical and image analysis principles to a wider geological understanding. <br> <br> The Geological Specialist primary role is to provide advance petrophysical support by utilizing petrography, clastic sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, and have knowledge of wireline logs and well testing.<br><br><b>Duties & Responsibilities</b><br><br>You will be required to perform the following: <br> <ul> <li> Assess managing lab data planning, acquisition and interpretation programs for various types of petrophysical lab instruments. </li> <li> Provide advanced geological studies to support long- and short-term Saudi Aramco operations. </li> <li> Provide Rock samples selection to characterize rock heterogeneity. </li> <li> Assess CCAL and SCAL data acquisition, quality control and interpretation. </li> <li> Perform quantitative-based data analysis in digital formats. </li> <li> Assess preparation detailed reports in multiple formats. </li> <li> Perform data integration with lab results; e.g., petrography, digital rock analysis, downhole well logs, well tests, etc. Assess mentoring and technical coaching young professionals and laboratory technicians. </li> <li> Provide collaborating effectively with other team members within a multidisciplinary Group. </li> <li> Assess ongoing collaboration with industry leaders on the evolution of new techniques and technologies. </li> </ul><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelors degree in Geology from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree in Petrophysics is essential and will reduce prerequisite work experience stated below by a Master's Degree or a Ph. As a maintenance mechanical engineer in MSSD in Abqaiq shops, you will be performing hands on diagnoses, repairs and overhauls on various types of rotating equipment such as air instrument, steam turbines, gas compressors, gearboxes, single and multistage pumps and valves. <br> <br> MSSD has state-of-the-art workshops and facilities that are driven by our most valuable asset, which is the department's skilled and experienced workforce. Its primary responsibility is to maintain Saudi Aramco's rotating and stationary equipment. The department plays a vital role in the company as it provides support to all field organizations by maintaining and repairing corporate equipment. Once qualified for the position you will be at the heart of one of the most advanced energy companies around the globe.<br><br><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br><br>Provide technical supports to repair and overhaul of rotating equipment such as dismantling, diagnosing, assembling, testing and issue related technical reports. <br> <br> Provide technical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shops. <br> <br> Support field installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment. <br> <br> Troubleshoot, repair, modify existing equipment and Identify cost reductions & process improvements. <br> <br> Ability to prepare design engineering packages of rotating equipment. <br> <br> Preform technical investigation for shop repair return jobs to identify root cause of failure, corrective repair actions and lesson learned. <br> <br> Introduce the latest technology in repair methodology. <br> <br> Develop and revise department's technical procedures and standards. <br> <br> Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to junior engineers, quality inspectors and technicians. <br> <br> Provide technical input for purchasing specifications including technical proposal evaluation. <br> <br> Liaise with Department engineers, Consulting Services Department (CSD), other Saudi Aramco Departments and manufacturers. <br> <br> Liaise with In-House Repair Units, Quality Assurance units, In-Kingdom Contractors and vendor & manufacture in developing, evaluation, and implementing shop repair work scopes. <br> <br> Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings.<br><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years' hands on experience in Mechanical field as stipulated above under position description.
