The OfferWork within a company with a solid track record of successWork alongside & learn from best in class talentLeadership RoleThe JobResponsibilities: Leads the maintenance team as per shift pattern and daily requirementPrepare and deliver the preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per the plan in accordance with the availability of the equipment, machines (OEE) as per the business and OEM requirements to minimize the loss time in production.Ensure team availability to support daily operation and emergency basis.Troubleshoots and repairs equipment or installation, machines and hydraulic equipment to maintain their availability.Perform and manage outsourced verification/calibration (if required) of sub equipment as per OEM or business requirements (egg spindle, axis alignments...) and OEM repair as per business needs.Record any incidents, running time or other business parameters to maintain all supported documents involved in the maintance process to maintain traceability, OEM requirements and failure analysis process.Controls and monitors the performance of the activities by managing relevant Kapi's but not limited to MTBF and MTTR to support and contribute to the operations performance.Maintains and manages minimum spare parts/critical items to support machine/equipment availability and responsible for their inventory in coordination with SCM team.Maintains and delivers effective maintenance cost through the organization.Identifies the maintenance requirements for new equipment/machines to support their execution as per maintenance level 1, 2 and 3, and supportive material to ensure its execution.Prepares and maintain FMEA for machines, equipment's (new or existing assets)Supports the operation manager to prepare and optimize the budget requirements.Identifies maintenance priorities to support the business in coordination with the operation manager as needed.Delivers periodic reporting to support the performance monitoring of the activity.Trains and develops the maintenance team and operation related to maintenance level 1.Adheres to the company polices, EHS protocols and ensure the maintenance team wears PPE's during the execution of their activities.Works within the limits of authority as defined by the Operation Manager and BU Director.The ProfileQualifications:Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing) or relevant field.Minimum of 10 years' experience as Senior maintenance engineer or Team leader position in aerospace, Defense and Oil and Gas industries or relevant industrial field.Maintenance certification or accreditation or recognition certificate desirable.Experience:Significant technical competencies related to mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and PLC systems but not limited to CNC Machines, Robot, PLC, heat induction, heat treatment, blasting machine, forge and press machine.....Relevant problem solving (root cause analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions), planning, decision making, analytical skills and computer skills, proficiency in MS Office.The EmployerOur client work closely with Large OEM's, Government Entities and Multinational Consultancies over the course of three weeks from establishing the requirement to identifying the right defence sector professionals for your business.
