Understand and meet client requirements for manpower deployment.Supervise and manage seaport operations, ensuring manpower deployment aligns with client needs.Handle contingencies and arrange replacements for no-shows, maintaining a focus on safety procedures.Maintain records, generate performance reports, and monitor time and attendance for efficient payroll processing.Enforce discipline, safety procedures, and quality standards among staff, conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks in line with company policies.
