The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to assist in efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

  1. To handle and direct employee enquiries.
  2. To maintain and upkeep the Employee Statistic List and the Employee Address List.
  3. To keep track of vacation entitlements of employees, by completing the Annual Leave forms and updating the HR computer system accordingly.
  4. To prepare all of the paperwork related to employment, probation and termination.
  5. To maintain the Personnel Office's filing system.
  6. To assist with the implementation of all employee communications.
  7. To assist in the co-ordination of the Performance Appraisal system.
  8. To assist in organizing regular employee sports and social activities.
  9. To co-ordinate the Employee Recognition Programs.
  10. To ensure a strong professional relationship with all levels of employees within the hotel.
  11. To prepare references for all resigning employees.
  12. To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Human Resources Division.
  13. To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.

Qualifications

University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees. Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Our family is always growing. Want to be in the know?#J-18808-Ljbffr
